Course Overview:
This course is designed to equip Scrum Masters with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively facilitate Agile teams and support their organizations in adopting and sustaining Scrum principles and practices. The course covers the fundamental concepts, roles, and practices of Scrum, as well as strategies for implementing and refining Scrum in various contexts.
Course Learning Objectives (CLOs):
Understand the Scrum Framework: The course will cover the three roles, three ceremonies, and three artifacts of Scrum, as well as the principles and values that underlie the framework.
Facilitate Agile Teams: Participants will learn how to facilitate Agile teams, including how to lead meetings, manage conflicts, and build trust.
Coach Agile Teams: The course will cover strategies for coaching Agile teams, including how to identify and overcome obstacles, and how to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
Implement Scrum in Organizations: Participants will learn how to implement Scrum in their organizations, including how to overcome common obstacles, and how to measure success.
Refine Scrum Processes: The course will cover strategies for refining Scrum processes, including how to identify and address inefficiencies, and how to improve team performance.

Upon completing this course, participants will be able to:
Define the roles and responsibilities of the Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Development Team.
Explain the principles and values of Scrum.
Facilitate a successful Daily Scrum meeting.
Identify and address impediments that may be blocking the team's progress.
Develop a plan for implementing Scrum in their organization.
Refine Scrum processes to improve team performance.
Identify areas for improvement in their current workflow and develop a plan to address them.
