Customer Relationship Manager
As a customer relationship manager, your goal is to nurture the connection between your company and its customers. Based on your analysis, you’ll develop campaigns to retain your customers. You’ll plan, monitor, implement and evaluate the entire process, with the goal being to preserve customers for as long as possible.
Organisational Consultant and Developer
As an organisational consultant and developer, you’ll work either independently or as part of a consulting firm and provide support for companies seeking to use technical consulting, systemic organisational development, and agile concepts. You’ll need to analyse and evaluate complex change situations in your clients' companies, advise them on the design and conception of corporate and cultural development initiatives, digitalisation initiatives and New Work technique implementation.
